Going Back, Yet Again

I have made the same resolution countless times already. This year is no different. Going back to the gym, pushing for your goal and giving all the right or wrong reasons is part of it. The bottom line is you still have the drive to go back; no matter how many times you've failed to sustain. My main goal is sustenance due to health reasons. Having a better form could be secondary.
