The Hunt for Experience: Indonyaki

The rain is pouring heavily around the Metro when me and my friends decided to go to Maginhawa for dinner. Although there are too many options to choose from, I have to insist we try what others were raving about. They say the food is great and cheap. And I am in to whatever that tastes good and mostly affordable. That's what good dining for me is.

We took an outdoor table, just by the walkway, pretty much like a typical tambayan along the streets of Maginhawa. We tried their highly recommended Ayam Goreng Spring. I have to admit, it is my first time to try out an Indonesian cuisine so I have no other basis; nevertheless, I liked the taste of it. The sauce makes everything so much better. I especially enjoyed the free soup they served while waiting for our order. I don't know if it's because of the weather or the soup simply tastes so good that we had to order for a few more bowls during the entire meal.
