I
am a big ensalada fan. I am down to whatever that mixes sour and salty side
dish from mangoes to radish and even salted eggs. It was a surprise for me to
discover how good Gerry's Grill's ensaladang talong is. It was party in my
mouth that it became a must for me to order a plate just for myself every time
we dine in the Pinoy restaurant.

highly recommend everyone to try this out.

ReplyDeleteI remember when i went to gerry's grill and their sinigang is tastefully old, kumbaga traditional talga, Also the idea of adding salted egg in eggplant when prepared is a take away for me! nice post and nice blog! i'll surely be back here!

You have to try it! i think the take away here is the mayonaise added on the usual ensalada. it is really super nice.
