The Hunt for Experience: Gerry's Grill's Ensaladang Talong

I am a big ensalada fan. I am down to whatever that mixes sour and salty side dish from mangoes to radish and even salted eggs. It was a surprise for me to discover how good Gerry's Grill's ensaladang talong is. It was party in my mouth that it became a must for me to order a plate just for myself every time we dine in the Pinoy restaurant.

I highly recommend everyone to try this out.
