Wrapping It All Up

I was in the search for my favorite banana cake from Baguio Country Club. Someone told us we could get it from the club even if we were not members. So we went off to try our luck. Unfortunately, whoever told us that information was a big joke. The guard did not let us in so we searched elsewhere. I wished I could’ve known it sooner though; there is a store in SM Baguio that sells the famous Banana Cake. Due to heavy traffic on the way to the mall though, we opted to go straight home instead.

Never the less, the whole trip was a joy. I truly enjoyed the company of great friends while we went to a trip down nostalgia. Baguio will always and forever be a fantasy destination for me. A little over four hours of drive down to Kennon road we were back in Manila already. The weekend came in a flash apparently. But it was another memorable experience I can keep until my next nostalgic trip.

  1. My favorite then was the Raisin Bread from BCC! There was one time that I found a Petron (or Caltex) that was selling the famous loaf. I hoarded for friends and fam. LOL!
