The Hunt for Experience (Baguio Edition): Vizco’s Strawberry Short Cake

Our third day at Baguio fell on a Sunday so we opted to pay a visit to the Cathedral to hear the Mass. Unfortunately, the schedule we got for the English Mass was outdated and ended up saying a little prayer during an Ilocano Mass. We went off and explored the stretch of Session Road instead. The day before that one of friends, through Instagram, recommended a restaurant we should try out. Fortunately, it was along Session Road so we might as well. I am not a big fan of sweets but whenever I get to taste something that catches my palettes attention, I pay so much respect.

Vizco’s Strawberry Shortcake did not disappoint. It was spectacular and a feast in the palette. It was so good that it made us order another slice. I wanted to take one whole piece with me so I can have it at home but I had to control myself. I thought I needed to have a piece of everything so I opted to have my favorite banana cake as my personal treat instead.
