It
was almost night-time when I suddenly craved for ramen. I am not a big fan, but
for some strange reason I carved for it. So after posting my craving thoughts,
my friend called convincing me to try a restaurant in Antipolo.
They say
Tamagoya Noodle House has got the best reviews of having the most authentic-tasting
Japanese Ramen in the metro.
It
was a 15 minute drive from our home and we were greeted with a flock of people
waiting for their tables. As I’ve always believed, if there is a flock of
people in the resto; then it must be good.
A
little over 15 minutes of waiting when we finally had our turn. It gave us the
full Japanese old school restaurant vibe the moment we entered. Well convincing
that we are in for an experience.
I had to try one of their
best sellers, the Miso-based spicy ramen called, Stamina Ramen. It looks
delectable the moment it was served and the rumor did not fail my expectation.
It was one hell of an experience. I never really finish a bowl of ramen before
until this instance considering that their serving was truly humongous. Have I
mentioned, I was never a big fan of ramen? But for the size of their serving
and the very affordable price, it went zooming in to my number one list of
Japanese Restaurants in town. It has been a best-kept secret for quite some
time, and now it is out. It was definitely worth the long wait.
