Doing It Right

I have had my share of yoyo dieting over the years and tried different ways there is to lose weight. At my current, this has been the biggest I get standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 147 lbs., I am really fucking overweight! My target was to lose 17 lbs and I gave up the thought of the existence of a magical way to lose weight and be instantaneously fit. This time I’m doing it the hard and usual way: cardio, weights and proper diet. My boss is an extreme health conscious and I don't dream to follow that lifestyle. I thought, it’s ineffective for me to deprive my self of my usual diet; and instead take it in little portions. So yeah! This is the start, taking a quarter cup of rice with veggies for lunch and dinner (most of the time). I promised not to quit eating rice though, coz the tendency is I crave more. Good luck to me!

  1. Yup yup! Don't remove carbs from your diet! You'll need these when working out :)
