When a joke turns to be offensive and humiliating already, would you still ride on it?
I smile and take a deep breath, thinking and convincing myself that it’s only a joke. But when it gets too personal, knowing that it’s half meant, how can you tell when it’s enough. You do nothing but focus on yourself and what you think of the situation. Don’t even absorb it. When someone thinks they’re inferior and you owe everything to them, let it be. When you know in your heart the real deal, let the superior brag about their greatness and might if they claim it to be. At the end of the day, you know who the real and truthful helper is. The joke’s on who when you talk about maturity? Don’t be snotty over the high and mighty. Karma strikes more than the magnitude you can ever imagine. Let it go, lift it up and be grateful.
