Blab: Distress

When you find something or someone stressful, you’ll come to a point when you’ll get tired and just laugh about it. There’s nothing more satisfying when you’re able to find a way to succeed against yourself. I found my way to distress in the most stressful situation there is. When I thought everything in my life is a hell, I paused and thought about it “no one stresses me but myself.” When my boss reprimanded me for whatever reason, I smile and breathe; if I know I do my best and my best is not even close to satisfying them, I shake it off realizing that I’m not the one stressing. My day is so good to be affected with negativities. At the end of the day, I walk out laughing inside feeling like a winner coz deep in me I know that it’s never my lost - a good therapy under pressure.

  1. yun naman ata talaga mahalaga eh, basta ginawa mo yung makakaya mo, anu't ano pa man ang kalabasan neto e ayus na yon. minsan nga lang nakakadisappoint pag negative yung outcome para sa iba. pero wala na tayo magagawa dun.

  2. That's the way to go. Don't mirror negativities just feel the pressure, it makes one more resilient to later challenges.

  5. if u finally found a way to block the negativities or flip it over into something that will benefit you, pramis ull feel like a winner... im glad to share this experience... hehehehe
